(Note that while it's nontoxic, lemongrass is a strong oil, so always dilute it well before using it on your skin.) Use it in a massage oil to relieve stress, headaches, and muscular aches and pains. Make your own skin oil or massage oil by mixing lemongrass essential oil with sweet almond or jojoba oil. (Use a few drops of essential oil for about 1/4 cup of base oil.) Enhance your favorite skin care products with a few drops of lemongrass essential oil, or simply stir it into your bath water.

| | The extracts used to make many All Organics shampoos only work if you allow them to. Washing with organic products isn't always the same as using standard-issue, supermarket stuff. Get the most from your All Organics shampoo, in more ways than one.
Instructions
Step1
Wet and rinse your hair with lukewarm water before washing. You'll want it to be completely saturated.
Step2
Using about a teaspoon of shampoo, rub the substance together in your hands and apply it to your hair. You'll want to concentrate on the ends of your hair, making sure they absorb the majority of the shampoo. Grab the tips in different areas and squeeze them in your fist, while gently moving it in a clockwise manner. However, don't squeeze so hard that you wring your hair clean of the substance.
Step3
Massage your scalp firmly with your fingertips.
Step4
Leave the shampoo in your hair for about a minute. Yes, this is typically something you do with a conditioner. But the fact is, those synthetic materials in non-organic products "clean" your hair more quickly. For the active ingredients in the organic shampoo to really start working, the hair needs to fully absorb them.
Step5
Rinse with hot water. Don't use your hands to facilitate the rinsing, as this can also damage your hair. Just let the water run through, patting with your fingers lightly until the shampoo has completely rinsed out.
Step6
Blot your hair free of excess water by pressing the towel to your head. Use a hair dryer or air dry rather than aggressively matting your hair with the towel.
Viola! You have clean, nourished hair without harming yourself and the environment.

| | Pamper Your Feet
Our feet are the most-stressed part of our body as it carries our entire weight every single day, everywhere we go. So, they deserve a lot of pampering. Yet, ironically we usually neglect them most of the time.
If you're pressed for time and money to get a foot spa and pedicure at your favorite salon regularly, do it yourself at home.
First, soak your feet in a basin with warm water with a tablespoon of salt and baking soda or use All Organics Foot Soak (Detoxifying Epsom Salts, Peppermint oil and Annato seeds that deodorizes, softens and leaves a slight blush on your soles. It's hassle-free no need to rinse just let it dry or towel-dry.)
Next, massage a generous amount of All Organics Cocomint Foot Lotion all over your feet. Virgin Coconut Oil deodorizes and protects feet from bacterial and fungi, while the mint leaves a cool refreshing feeling to our soles, or use your favorite lotion or massage oil putting extra pressure on the inner soles and toes. This is also a good time to trim those toenails as they are soft and pliable.
Then, stretch legs in front of you and place one foot on top of one leg and rotate your foot clockwise and counter-clockwise eight (8) times each side to both feet.
Now, you're ready to go off for the day or have a relaxing sleep to wake up with pretty and happy feet. It's also a great idea to do this with your girlfriends for a special bonding moment.
